Constitution Day has been celebrated in a befitting manner in RTC PERINGOME on 26/11/2020 at 1100 hrs. All Officers/personnel of this Institution assembled in front of administration block the Preamble of our constitution was read out by DIGP/Principal and briefed about the significance of Constitution day as our country adopted and enacted the Constitution to ensure access of citizen to Justice, Liberty, Equality, and Fraternity as enshrined in the Constitution.
